Missing parts

You've finished your puzzle and a piece is missing?

Nothing is more disappointing.

We therefore offer to send you the missing piece free of charge.

To do this, we ask you to send us an email with an overhead photo of your finished puzzle so that we can determine which piece is missing. We will also ask for your order number.

The piece will be sent to the order address.

If it is a second-hand puzzle, you can send us an email and if we still have the piece you are missing, we will be happy to send it to you. Shipping costs will then be at your expense.
